Tours at Neyborly are self-guided and available at the majority of our venues. Guests are welcome to tour a space when it is not booked for an event, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
To check same-day availability, text “tour [VENUE CODE]” to (510) 804-0710. Each venue has a unique three-letter venue code which can be found on the venue webpages.
If self-guided touring is not available at your venue, you can reach out to our Customer Experience team for help.
First, If you’d like to check for today’s availability simply text “tour [VENUE CODE]” to (510) 804-0710.
All availability is same-day.
Next, once you’re outside the venue text “open [VENUE CODE]” to (510) 804-0710 to open the door and take your tour.

You will be responsible for damage done to the facilities or products in the space. Normal wear and tear, however, is not a problem. Please refer to our Cleaning and Damages Policy.
For private (unticketed) parties, guests 21 and over are more than welcome to bring in their own alcohol. Public events need appropriate licenses. Please review our Alcohol Policy for more details.
If you would like alochol delivered straight to your booking, purchase from us to save some time!
You're encouraged to cater your event however you please. From taco bars to charcuterie boards, we welcome it all.
Unfortunatelly, you'll have to leave your chef skills at home. Our venues are not outfitted for cooking indoors.
Please leave the floors as you found them. Hint: you found them sparking clean. We have on-site bins for garbage and recycling, so no need to bring that with you. Remember to take all of your personal belongings before exiting the space. For more information about our cleaning and damage policy, visit us here.
At the end of your booking, simply exit the venue, and the door will lock behind you.
To unlock the door when your booking begins, simply send us a text, and the door will unlock automatically. All instructions are listed on the doors, and sent via email ahead of your booking.
While we appreciate your attention to detail, you’re only allowed access to the space during your booking window. This includes drop-offs and catering. Need more time? Contact our team to add to your booking.
Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy to check eligibility. Once reviewed, you may submit a cancellation request. If eligible, you will receive a refund within 45 business days.
You’ll be responsible for any significant damage done to the faciliities or products in the venue. Normal wear and tear, however, is not a problem.
